Client Services Team

The Client Services Team differentiates StoreForce as a software
vendor. This team has extensive experience in Retail Operations.
In addition to Implementation and Training, this team also provides
clients with guidance on KPI Management, Labor Planning,
Opportunities Identification and leading the initiatives to build
operational programs into our Solution.

Solution Development Team

The StoreForce solution is built in HTML5 with a SQL backend. We also have mobile applications built for all platforms. Our Development Team splits out into Application Development and Database Development. In addition to development, our technology team is also responsible for researching trends, new technologies and development options. We are committed to continued learning and invest in opportunities for our Development Team to stay on top of new technologies and tools.

Deployment Team

Our Solution is deployed as a SaaS offering. The Deployment team is responsible for the deployment of Application, Database and Services, as well as, working with our hosting partner on overall infrastructure and security. In addition to the services provided to our clients, this team assists with the internal systems infrastructure.

Sales Team

The Sales Team is responsible for achieving sales goals through lead generation, maintaining a strong retail network and promoting the benefits of the solution. In addition, they assist with brand position, marketing initiatives and pipeline management.

Marketing Team

StoreForce is a global brand, serving Specialty Retails in over 40 countries. The Marketing Team is responsible for generating global brand awareness, educating the buyers, communicating thought leadership, and uncovering new interest in StoreForce. The Marketing Team works closely with the Business Development Team.

Client Services Team

The Client Services Team differentiates StoreForce as a software vendor. This team has extensive experience in Retail Operations. In addition to Implementation and Training, this team also provides clients with guidance on KPI Management, Labor Planning, Opportunities Identification and leading the initiatives to build operational programs into our Solution.

Client Support Team

The Client Support Team is responsible for application deployment and data validation, as well as providing technical assistance to our clients. This includes addressing Helpdesk tickets, building user materials and testing new and old features to ensure quality deployments.
