Tom Froehlich, is the Chief Information Officer with Snipes USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Pace University as well as an MBA from Seton Hall University. Spanning many years, Tom has built his career and has held various senior leadership roles in the IT sector in both direct to consumer and wholesale environments. He’s worked alongside a number of globally recognized Specialty retailers from Chanel and Michael Kors to Nautica, along with other brands within the VF Corporation portfolio. Through his efficacious career, he’s always had a strong focus on delivering technology solutions that bring value to the associates he works alongside as well as the companies valued customers.

Nicole Johnson, Distric Manager, Snipes

With over 20 years in Specialty Retail, Nicole Johnson has worked in various roles granting her an extensive amount of cross-functional experience. Starting as a Store Manager, she’s worked her way through the ranks holding positions as a Buyer and Operations Manager. Although these positions were very fulfilling, her passion has always been for people, training and development. This natural passion ultimately led her back to the field as a District Manager with the Snipes family. Currently, she is Director of Store Operations for Snipes.

Brian Wilson, Client Engagement Manager, StoreForce

Brian Wilson is a Client Engagement Manager at StoreForce. In his role, Brian interacts directly with client resources to identify and support implementing their operational initiatives. He plays a key role in developing and delivering training materials with StoreForce. Brian has a deep passion for specialty retail and has previously held a number of positions for various globally recognized specialty retailers. Within these roles, Brian has developed a strong desire for improving operational efficiencies and strongly values field training support. Outside the office you can likely find him on a patio enjoying the sun or hitting up a high intensity spin class.
